Total Lock: Simultaneously locks the swivel and wheel making the unit stationary.
Directional Lock: Locks the swivel in straight tracking position.
1. Finish: Bright zinc plating. 2. Swivel: Precision Ball Bearing. 3. Construction: Plastic Body with Zinc Plated Carbon Steel Fittings on SS fittings. 4. Axle: 3/8" dia. bolt with lock nut completed with axle caps. 5. Brake: Total lock and directional lock are available.
